A few ground rules.

The concierge is for contacting vendors about your own wedding. Do not use it to send bulk commercial solicitations, newsletters, political or fundraising messages, or any outreach unrelated to planning your event. Always honor a recipient’s request to stop hearing from you.

You agree not to:

• upload or import images, files, or text you do not have the right to use;
• infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
• provide false, deceptive, or misleading information to vendors; or
• post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or abusive content.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the service except as we expressly allow;
• attempt to bypass cost limits, rate limits, authentication, or other security controls;
• probe, scan, or interfere with the service, or introduce malware;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
• use the service to break the law or to help anyone else do so.

The service applies approval gates on every outbound email and per-account usage limits. If you violate this policy, we may remove content, throttle or suspend features, or terminate your account, as described in our Terms. To report misuse, email info@vowbloom.ai.
